Great Southern Hotel Melbourne

The place was clean, I liked its location and rooms. All in all outstanding value, had a really really nice stay at great southern hotel. The property was ideally situated not too far away from Docklands Stadium.

It was a really good time staying at this not expensive hotel. Non-smoking room and helpful communication with the staff.

The hotel was clean, the staff was consistently courteous! Extremely comfy beds, climate control, television, an iron and ironing board were a nice touch. Location near Yarra River ferries and Southern Cross Station. Also, I loved how ideal the location was.

The breakfast was hearty and the place was clean. In a central location with restaurants and casinos a short walk to the hotel. In my mini double room there was an exceptionally comfortable bed that I appreciated.

Incredible location, easy going staff and large breakfast. Soundproof and soundproof room. Charming little hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Lots of food in the property, outdoor restaurant. Small garden outside.

There was a great lobby. The bathroom was luxurious & the bedroom was quiet. We loved the nice decor.

Best stay, we were there for 2 days. Rooms with king bed and kettle, for example.

fun stay, as always. staff was very nice helpful and hotel was reasonably clean. booked a room with picturesque views. above average breakfast, good service. it was great to have papers in the lobby. soft drinks, complimentary wifi were a nice surprise.

Rooms were light, staff was sympathetic, breakfast was rather good. It had reasonably priced attached restaurant. Ideal location to A 297.3 m Skyscraper. The service was brilliant, I had 2 enjoyable nights here. I loved this place, as it was the best hotel...

Quiet place, well-appointed rooms, modern staff. Exceptionally good view of canal. There was variety of options for breakfast, including toast, cheese, eggs and pastries, I loved it. Friendly location in the lovely area.

Incredibly comfortable location, humble staff, warm room and clean hotel. Lovely beds, coffee, air conditioning and hairdryer in the room. They made my stay awesome. Very quick check-in, late check-out.

The location was efficient and room was ideal, I loved super pleasant staff. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we loved amenities and location. It is undoubtedly a CHEAP option when in Melbourne.

Great for family. Loved this place, it was family-friendly. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
